It made my whole experience very easy knowing exactly what I was getting and how much it would cost. I would highly recommend your service to anyone and everyone.

On September 19 I had a guarantee appointment between 8-12. I took off work for this appointment! I called at 10:00AM to get status of my appointment "They are on there way...........At 12 noon I called and my garneted appointment was switched to Saturday. No call no acceptance on my part. NOTHING. Upon calling Direct TV the witch was rude and talked over my conversation. THEY ARE RUDE Don't use Direct TV......You will regret it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Every question I had for them was answered quickly. I spoke with customer support afterward about moving up my installation date and they were able to help me right away. They even helped me get more savings on my bill. I was with dish network for over 12 years and wish someone had recommended Direct tv to me 13 years ago. I have never had better customer service.

The sales rep was AWESOME!!!! Lori was very patient with me and answered all questions. No hidden extra fees in the fine print like other companies. I was convinced to convert back to DTV from Uverse. Great experience with DirectStar. I would recommend them to others.
