I was still shopping around between Dishnetwork and DirecTV. I called DirecTv first and was helped by Alex. To make a long story short, I never got to call Dishnetwork. Great job, Alex. You knew all the promotions going on and was very professional and patient with my questions.

Really the title sums it up. The customer service representative was very helpful. The price is way better than cable, plus they threw in the NFL package for free!
