I thought I was going to talk with an uncaring company. It was, definately, the opposite. The people were very helpful and treated me like family. Thank You, Brandon & Brandi for your understanding of my questions and all your help. Will be reccomending Direct TV to family & friends.

I WAS a long term customer of Time Warner Cable in KCK. We're talking 20 + years. I'm so glad I decided to check on finding another provider because after years of horrible, refurbished equipment from Time Warner and the WORST customer service on earth, I called DirectStar TV. It was the BEST experience ever. The young man that assisted me - Ryan was professional, polite, answered all my questions and had impeccable language. What a breath of fresh air to actually understand what was being said to me. I also appreciated that the conversation between Ryan & I is being emailed to me for my records. And don't get me started on all the perks of DirectStar TV- I can actually watch it from any of my smart devices! Thanks for all your help Ryan, you represent the company well!!

Our customer service agent was helpful and fun to talk with. He shared many offers and helped us to find the right one to fit our family. The low fees and added bonuses were awesome. I'm really glad to have switched over to Directstartv.

I was very skeptical of calling a new company but I was not satisfied with Time Warner. Especially after they dropped the Showtime channel without any notification to customers and then replacing with cheap movie networks. After calling DirectTV, I was so happy with the customer service I received from them, that, that alone would be reason to change. You don't find true customer service like theirs, around much anymore. They truly had awesome bundle specials and pricing. I was so very happy what they had to offered. Will not change services again!

Just like with most purchases, it's not the customer service that is the problem. The problem lies with the equipment. We have had quite a number of technical issues since hooking up with DirecTV. From download issues such as movies just stopping in the middle of nowhere to random pixelating to glitches in the channel guide display, it just hasn't been a very positive experience thus far. At this particular time, I cannot in all honesty say that I would recommend DirecTV to friends or family.

The agent that I spoke with was very articulate and her attitude was a step above any others I have ever dealt with. The pricing is great and it is going to make my budget much more manageable. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get service hooked up faster but I understand that you have a high volume of business now.

I enjoyed all the attention to detail and all around communication from all whom I encountered. This was by far one of the most pleasant services I have gotten over the past few years. Keep up the good work.
