I would and have recommended DIRECTV to many people in the short month that we've had service. We used to have Comcast and while we didn't have any problems with the service we didn't know what we were missing and how much more we were paying to miss it! After switching to DIRECTV our channel base increased like 5 times the amount we had with Comcast AND the HD quality is outstanding! The very first time the tv was turned on with DIRECTV my husband and I looked at each other in amazement. The quality is like none other out there. Not to mention that we get NFL ticket for free for the first year we're in love!

Getting set up with direct tv was quick, easy and painless. Agents were knowledgeable, up front and accommodating. I can't wait until we are installed!

Service Rep did not apply refer a friend discount and broke company promise. No one can fix this. No knows what to do and just get the run around, wasting my time, six phone calls and two hours nothing accomplished. Promotional gimmicks ruin service experience and encourage customers to cancel. Service reps are not empowered to do anything but poorly document the call and transfer customer, this just reinforces the lie and continues poor customer care. I look forward to paying my $300 to no thave to deal with your company's bullshit policies and practices. Real waste of time and money. IF YOU MAKE A PROMISE TO A CUSTOMER KEEP IT!!!!

The gentleman I spoke to today was very knowledgable and quick to get me the package best suited to my family. He listened to what i had to say and offered us exactly what i wanted. Direct tv has alot to live up to after my experience today but I have confidence that they will!
