Direct Hearing offers good product quality at a reasonable price. My only issue was with customer service. When I needed to resolve an error with my order, I was repeatedly disconnected during phone transfers and could not reach anyone for several days, which was very frustrating. I eventually received help through email. Because of that experience, I gave them 4 out of 5 stars.

App for the hearing aid is not supported by my Android phone. Can't adjust my hearing aid. App for remote adjustments is not even available for download for my phone. I should have been alerted to this when I was talking with sales. Complete waste of time. Returning hearing aid. Sales was great when I ordered but did not respond when I had questions or needed suggestions for a new hearing aid that was compatible.

Called with a problem with my right hearing aid not working. Diagnosis made on the call and a replacement part was expedited to me and received it a couple days later. Totally solved my problem. Great response from service rep. Product replacement under warranty!

Brent was totally knowledgeable about everything I asked. He was really polite and understood every question right away. At the end of the conversation he explained what would happen next. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I ordered the Phonak hearing aids and received them very quickly. My biggest complaint was that they were not programmed based upon my hearing test. In fact I thought they weren't working at all. After an initial session with an online advisor, we got that fixed. Seem to be working ok now but may need another tuneup

I was having issues with the charger while still under warranty. They send me a new charger at no cost. Great customer service!
