I was pretty apprehensive about getting prescription grade hearing aids online! I did a lot of research and found Direct Hearing. I wanted music quality aids so the set me up. They arrived, I wore them for a weak. Made an online appointment to get them set up, and it went so smooth. I am hearing sound frequencies that I haven't heard for a long time! I would definitely do it again! Chris Adams and Will Russell are great reps for Direct Hearing! Thanks again!

I was a little hesitant about buying hearing aids on line but Trey in sales answered all my questions and made the purchasing process quick and easy. My hearing specialist Will was great. He made the adjustment process comfortable and explained everything about my hearing aids. I would definitely recommend Direct Hearing, their prices and customer service are the best!

The hearing otologist, Taylor, was not friendly and seemed very put out with me. He did not complete the blue tooth pairing and told me to call a connectivity agent which I did. The connectivity agent said that the Widex Allure had an update that Taylor should have known about and that he had to update so that hearing aides could be paired with my phone. I have called twice asking that I be called back with no return calls. To have paid $3,500 for hearing aides and be given this kind of treatment is not good on Direct Hearing customer service personnel. Rich
