Direct Auto InsuranceReviews of directauto.com

Ms.Teddy Muciri was excellent oh how she help me get auto insurance. Very warm and embarrassing young lady in the Center point location. I will bring more people to the young lady Teddy Muciri for business. Thank you

Very poor service,I need to talk to supervisor, I was told they would get back to me in 24 to48 hours, totally unacceptable

The company is trying add my son to my insurance who does not have a license due to court issues basically auspended. He doesn't drive his job is 2 minutes away from our apartment. The sales man when I bought my new car at Stevenson Honda gave the insurance company the impression my son has a license. I now have to go to the insurance company to keep them from canceling my policy that is paid through March. I just quoted progressive who did not mention adding my son. Don't ever use this insurance company hopefully will get some help.

Worst ensurance company ever!

They don’t deserve not even one star. I did the policy on 11 cancelled on the 12 ( less than 24 hours) because I couldn’t log in the app due to their mistake with my dob and name they charge me right away $185 and the refund supposed to be $135 mind you I had another insurance with progressive. Anyhow they’ll refund me in full (after 3 hours of calling and sending emails) but only via a check which it can take up to 3 weeks and in the mean time on their website it says that the refund could be as the same way I was charged. Bunch of liers and I’m glad I cancelled the policy, I don’t want to imagine if I really need them.

I will say that I have had a few mishaps with this insurance company. Being I never requested to be taken off of Autopay and I was so that made me late for my payment in November. Once I was able to get that fixed I shortly later on received a letter stating that my insurance was going up a little over $100 the letter never indicated as to why, so I called. They then tell me it's because my car was switched to another vehicle which I never did. However, with all the mishaps that I have had with this company every situation has been resolved especially this last one. the lady who helped me with this issue was Gace. She was more then, helpful and very friendly. every question i asked she found an answer for me. I do want to give a big thanks to her and the staff for resolving this issue.

Direct Auto are scammers!! I filed a policy online and paid. I know the policy needed adjustments and I received a call from an agent. We discussed coverage and my household members not using or even riding in my vehicle. The representative said they would be excluded on my policy and I paid another payment for the adjustments. I get in an accident with a friend driving NOT one of my household members and they are claiming my policy never listed my household members and that is a coverage issue. Simply put they want to find any way to not pay my total loss because it is more than my policy amount. Do yourself a favor pay that extra money with another insurance company with integrity.

Absolutely terrible service. They negligently did not provide documents that they claimed needed signatures, did not provide accurate documents for signature, then later claimed they had not received documents that were sent, and then were not responsive to requests that they correct their mistakes. They are incompetent and rude. They tried to charge us an additional $3,000 for their mistakes. They left us with just a couple of days to find new insurance which could have been disastrous. I wasted many hours trying to get them to correct their mistakes. Do not trust them. Go to Geico which is much better. I would give them a negative number for the review, but 1 is the lowest available. You will regret using Direct Auto sooner or later. We had coverage for years without any claims, and they still mistreated us. Poor way to treat your good customers.
