This company is hard to get correct answers they tell you they will call you back on an issue and never do. The office in oxford ms is the worst. They are rude amd hung up on me. I'm only qith this company because they are cheaper. Once I can find a better company, I will be changing. I hate to know how hard a claim would be when they can't even answer or help with minor issues. I do not recommend this company at all

Got auto insurance at half price from another agency. Cancellated Direct Auto at the start of the curent month. Had Direct for years, didn't remember in their fine print thay have a cancellation fee.. They did not remind me of that, just gave me a suprise end of service bill. You can do better than Direct Auto Insurance.

Logging in Direct Auto never worked eventhough my user id and password were correct. When I requested to reset password, the code was never sent. They never answered their phones. Finally, I couldn't renew my insurance and it was expired. Now I'm looking for another insurance company.

Extremely horrible that they close at 7 pm and no other company does this practice. I can't even use my debit card to pay my monthly payments for my first payment. Is this how you do business with old customers. You treat them like crap and the phone hangs up on them when they press the 0 button to ask for operator, The worst service I have ever seen on a website or phone system, and they close at 7 pm. So what happens if I get an accident after 7 pm, am I screwed? Your policy and website does not state anything at all.

They tried to tell me $430 a month for car insurance is normal/the best I'm gonna get. No. The first competitor I talked to was shocked and quoted me for $160. Customer service is a mess. Our first red flag was when my boyfriend signed us up for auto insurance and then they informed us that we fell behind in coverage because he couldn't renew and they couldn't notify me because they didnt have My info only his. My name is on both cars I had to sign. That's weird how did he sign us up in the first place? Oh, their mistake but then they told us now we had to put down a big deposit and couldn't leave their company as we had a lapse in coverage and they jacked up our prices. I don't recommend.
