Briefly, I ordered a set of garden flat pack furniture on 19 th April. After several non delivery dates my furniture was faulty and had to be sent back. It is now 15th May and I still waiting for my £375!

Terrible service i ordered a swing set had email saying it was 4 boxes no mention it was coming by two different couriers Yodel and Arrow Xl (there reviews are not great ) but not only that i had 2 boxes delivered by Yodel on day 1 . day 2, 1 box delivered by Arrow Xl just spent 2 hours on hold to discover my missing box will be sent separate again so that's 3 days to deliver . as of yet i have had no text to confirm so im still waiting please save your money and order from some other company ! not only deliver rubbish so i there customer service i would give a minus score .-10 on both counts .

Waited 3weeks for garden chairs. Asda did not despatch my order to the delivery company as they stated. I rang asda customer service's 4 times sometimes waiting for up half an hour on the phone line for them to answer. When finally they did they couldn't tell me anything and promised to ring me back the next day, but they have NEVER contacted me once by phone or email regarding this matter. They still have my money and I still haven't received my order. I have a credit card with Asda do my weekly shop there and buy all my fuel but I won't be using them anymore for anything.

Very good cheap clothes which I love! Had a problem with a popular dress and contacted customer services to ask when would be back in stock in my size, took over 48 hours to reply with a simple don't know, which I though was fair enough! They do have a button which says let me know when back in stock which you can only click when all sizes are out of stock which seemed good. went on every day to check and eventually all sizes sold out and they took it off website..... whats the point in that button then when you cant use it at all?? That would be my only problem as I was eager to get this dress for my holiday, could perhaps be a bit more efficient in that area. No other problems though!

I pre ordered the Hobbit part 2 for my son a week before release. So when he was left dissapointed when the postman didn't deliver on the day of release. On emailing Asda direct they emailed me back saying well if you don't want it then send it back when you receive it and you will be refunded. Great customer service there then - not!! I will not be using Asda for pre orders again and will stick to my usual supplier.

I have ordered so many things from Asda and even when I have had a disappointment/damage etc I can honestly say there has never been a problem. I have had to return and reorder which has cost extra delivery costs that I don't agree is right - a replacement should be offered at no extra cost but personally I usually order discounted stuff so for me it's more swings than roundabouts, I certainly have not been disappointed. A couple of times wrong items sent but hey packers are only human. Asda staff have always been courteous when contacted. I had the delivery pass which covered direct on a special promotion near christmas. Now that has expired but my new one still covers george aswell :) I have found the garden items bought to be utter bargains. You usually get what you pay for in life but actually the items I bought exceeded my expectations. Very happy all round with asda.
