I wish I had read the reviews before ordering too. I ordered 2 glasses from DIFF, that was listed under “prescription” glasses. I pdf’d my prescription to this company. I was sooo excited to get my new, stylish glasses. I received them, tried them on and was very happy with both styles, UNTIL I TRIED TO SEE DISTANCE WITH THEM. I TRIED BOTH PAIRS. NEITHER ONE WERE PRESCRIPTION. I’ve emailed them 5+ times. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still NO RESPONSE. I would NEVER HAVE SPENT THIS MUCH MONEY ON SUNGLASSES. VERY VERY UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE AND DO NOT TRUST FOR PRESCRIPTION EYEGLASSES.

Diff Eyewear glasses are amazing quality and super comfortable to wear. I have had the most amazing experience with Diff. Not only do they care about their customers but they give back to their community as well. Designer quality gorgeous sunglasses at a really affordable price. Forever Fan!!! Thank you Diff <3 Theresa

If I could give them a zero I would, worst customer service ever. I purchased glasses on a bogo purchase. I receive my glasses, the one that cost the most had a crack on the lense. I sent an email immediately because you can never talk to a live person. I got no response and no exchange. What a way to use your customers to unload defected glasses. I was very clear in my email I wanted an exchange not a refund. It’s the right thing to do. If I had known this was going to happen I would’ve spent money on one pair of glasses that was cheaper. This is by far the most unethical company I’ve ever bought from. You lost a customer for life. I will take my business elsewhere.

The worst sunglasses ever. Every time I wear a pair one of the lenses come out and I called to see about sending them back and they said no bc I bought them at Dillards and not directly from them. Wow but ok I will never get these again. Horrible company.

So my friend has a pair and I loved them. My mom and I decided to purchase a BOGO Plus a Pair from clearance. We we were so excited to get a new pairs of bigger glasses. Well My order was cancelled immediately because they thought it might be fraudulent. While I do appreciate their concern I would have rather received a phone call to the number linked to credit card or an email before cancelling. They say they refunded $$. It has only been a day so I’m not sure how long that will take. Customer service responded to me fairly quickly which is why I give them a star. But next I know they must have also deactivated my account as they seem to have no record of my email as they said to reorder and they would expedite my order though I refuse to be charged twice. I have asked about my account and have not had a response. Terribly disappointed. I took the chance even though another friend accidentally ordered a kids BOGO instead of women’s glasses for herself and they would NOT exchange😞😞. They told me they would expedite my order but I refuse to be charged twice 👎 ****So even after reading all the horrendous reviews about their customer service and length of time for shipping and NOT having the best experience first go around I couldn’t help myself but order again from the BOGO sale. I did have to sign in and used another account. Well transaction went smoothly and I received the glasses in a very reasonably timeframe. I received yesterday and already wore one pair and love them. I wish I had stuck to that style but I and anxious to try the other pair. So I am changing my rating and updating my review. Thanks

I own 3 pairs of sunglasses from Diff eyewear and plan to buy more. Their sunglasses are so comfortable and incredibly stylish!

Same thing about the customer service and shipping here. It's been over 3 weeks since I ordered and my glasses have still not arrived. It looks like they are sitting in a post office about an hour away without a delivery date set for my address. I'm not sure what's going on. I bought a pair of Diff's in the past from a store and loved them. Was hoping these would work but would be nice to get them before summer is over...

BUYER BEWARE!! Wish I had delved into reviews of this company prior to purchasing. They CLAIM to ship within 24-48 hrs of your order. NOT TRUE! It's been over 3 wks and although I've been charged, my order has not yet been received. Multiple outreaches to the company were unsuccessful. This company does NOT care about their customers! They reel you in with fake pictures and misleading shipping timeframes and ignore your emails! STAY AWAY!!!
