I loved Diff at first and have been recommending them to everyone... now I really regret that. I bought two pairs, with prescription, blue light blockers, and polarization... well, one day in a hot car (not that hot, I live in OR and it's only spring, it was maybe 80 degrees) and the lenses totally melted... I reached out to their customer service and the best they could do was offer 20% off... I have cheap glasses that have withstood years of a hot car without melting... one day and they're so melted I can't see out of them... I sent photos and everything and they didn't care to help with any real resolution. I am a single mom and can't afford to just drop hundreds on new glasses... I"m so frusterated. These are my daily glasses I need to wear at work. Now I have to figure it out...

What a POS company! Do not waste your money or time here! They charge for shipping and restocking. As on online retailer, there is a high risk your customers will not like their order and they charge the sh*t out of you to return the items. It’s complete bs. I will never shop with them again. Sucky company! Shop elsewhere! There are plenty of other great eyewear companies who actually value their customers!!!!

I spent $400 for photochromic glasses that failed in 13 months. No solution offered besides 20% discount for another pair. Be careful with this company as they are horrible!

The customer service is bar none with DIFF Eyewear. I had some questions before making my purchase and their support team replied within a short period and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service and order. I am so excited to receive my new sunglasses!!!!

I won $5,000 on their Spin to Win promotion and have screenshot proof. The company refused to honor it, their legal team accused me of fraud without providing any evidence, and then stopped responding to my follow-ups with further proof entirely. I have since filed complaints with the California Attorney General and the FTC.

Everything came smashed and destroyed. Don't trust this place, at all. If this website let me upload pics, I would. I have a bunch of my ruined merchandise. Also, one of the sunglasses arms won't open, so that was default merchandise before shipping.

This has been the only company I purchase sunglasses from for the past 5 to 6 years. But as of lately since 2025, the quality has gone down. My sunglasses typically only lasts 5 to 6 months before the screws are coming undone and the frame is separating from the lens. I’ve purchased three pairs of the black and gray Lenox style sunglasses and every single pair has only lasted me 5 to 6 months and I keep them in a case and only wear them two or three times a week. I’m tired of having to replace these glasses every couple months as that’s hundreds of dollars. Change your quality back to what it was, Diff!

They take your email address when you checkout and sell it to scammers and they sell your information. I got TONS AND TONS of spam emails the moment I gave this company my email address.
