I am very Disappointed with the store I ordered my wife something very nice for Mother’s Day four days ago pay the extra money to get a shipped faster and haven’t received it yet today’s Mother’s Day . I’ve called five times every time I call no one knows what’s going on .I will be calling corporate on Monday . I am very disappointed and will never shop here again.

order same day i request to cancel my order online same day it no response i tried chatting with them he said it couldnt cancel.my order tried calling through phone waited and hour she answered and says how can i help u? then i said can u pls help me cancel my order then she hang up one me how incompetent this company

I cancelled order hours after ordering talked to customer service for 2 days and they still sent package out when could easily been canceled now I'll have to either keep or send back and hopefully get a refund don't understand why they just didn't let me cancel wasn't even processed at time won't order from again

Horrible customer service that can’t add numbers and try to rip you off constantly

I recently ordered a pair of white shoes from Di ck’s sporting goods. They came with black spots all over them. The bottom was even black as if they were a return. The box they came in had the cards that usually come on top of everything at the bottom. The paper that was supposed to be wrapped around the shoes was crumpled under the shoes. These were $140 shoes. I expect a certain experience when I buy any product for that much.

Ordered through paypal, got a confirmation and notification that my payment went through. Waiting for my order for 1 week already, and nothing. I call them, they tell me that they can’t find my order! I told them to place a new order and they tell me that the item is now out of stock with just a simple “sorry”. But the worst in this is that the lady on the phone acts like it is normal and tell me that this happens a lot when you place an order via paypal! So basically, a huge company like that doesn’t have a DECENT PAYMENT METHOD! The incredible part in this is that paypal confirmed me that they still have my money! After speaking to this unprofessional lady, I asked to speak to a manager. Same thing! She says she is sorry but she will find the product, after 5 minutes she tells us that the item is sold out countywide. Wow, this is incredible. They still have my money, no product, and if I didn’t call, they would probably never say anything and kept the money. I call this company a bunch of thieves! AVOID ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I purchased a set of Taylor Made M6 Rescue/Irons at the local sporting goods store in the Coventry Mall Pa. At the store the M6 driver and 3 wood were in stock which I received there but the Rescue/Irons were not in stock and were shipped to me. My friend just purchased the same clubs and the 3&4 Hybrid clubs came with head covers which mine did not. I tried chatting on line which was of NO HELP as they told me to contact my local store. I called them and they said since it was shipped to me from a different store I had to contact that store. I have tried calling that store but am not receiving any help either. I realize it’s only head covers but the day I purchased the clubs I spent almost $2000 on various items and this is the thanks I receive??? Buyers please insure you receive everything you were supposed to receive because after they have your money they treat you as if you don’t exist !!

Their web site is a joke. I’ve tried ordering twice. Once your at checkout, you can’t go back if shopping on a mobile device. If you try to change your order the site freezes. If you try to exit and open a new window, cookies recognize your device and remains frozen. I give up. They don’t have the technology to shop on a mobile device so I’ll order my goods elsewhere!
