Katie & Melanie are total pros!!!! They were attentive to all of my stupid questions & did everything in their power to expedite the process. If they sold Kirby vacuum cleaners- I'd probably buy one of those too!!!!

The service is truly amazing!!! A couple of years ago my husband bought me a ring from Diamond Direct and about a month ago one of the diamonds fell. We do not have a store in our area, so I emailed their customer service, and they arranged for a close by vendor to take care of the ring. The fix was quick and the result was perfect. Couldn't ask for more!!!

I cannot say enough about Katie from the Online Team. I had purchased another ring from a competitor and was not happy when it arrived. I went online and started chatting with Katie by chance, and quickly found my new bff! She gave me options, shared helpful knowledge, provided easy next steps, and made herself available for any follow-up questions or assistance in the future. I’ve shopped at SO MANY different jewelers over the years, and because of this one interactional process (buying a new wedding band), I will NEVER shop anywhere else! The customer service she provided is beyond. Will be coming back soon, because of Katie! (Also, my band is so far and above anything I could dreamed. Stellar quality at a reasonable price, exquisite detail—everything that was promised and more).

I haven’t been inside the show room yet, this review is solely based on the online chat I had with the advisor. Cindy was very knowledgeable, very helpful during our brief chat. I wasn’t sure which diamond shape I wanted, she was able to tell me about the different cuts in what makes each one stand out, showed me different options that fit what I was interested in! I really liked having the convinience of being able to chat with an expert without feeling pressured into making a decision right away. I would definitely recommend Cindy if you’re in the market for diamond.
