Thank you for your team and products at Diamonds Direct! I was referred to your company by a friend that purchased from your business previous to closing your Salt Lake City store. Even though the store closed "mid-deal" you provided him with a level of quality products and then service for him to give me a recommendation. Upon remembering that recommendation a few weeks ago, I browsed your website and found exactly what I wanted and needed. I ordered on a Saturday night. For me to make my hopeful engagement a success I needed the ring fast! So, Monday morning I followed-up via a generic phone number. To my great pleasure I reached Cindy Parker. I would like you to know that Cindy is by far the best saleswoman, diamond expert, customer service representative, and overall person I've ever interacted with during a purchase transaction, let alone over the phone. I recommend your company to invest in a cloning machine and create thousands of Cindys. I was and still am blown away by Cindy's friendliness, helpfulness, direct and empathic communication style, and her professional follow-up and assurance techniques. I put extremely high expectations on your company to provide me with a product within days so that I could have the potential of making my dreams come true by asking the women that I love to marry me. A few different obstacles were encountered along the way and Cindy went above and beyond to solve these problems and present solutions to me. I cannot possibly capture every great attribute about Cindy, but here are a few. She personalized my experience and became my cheerleader and advocate. Cindy gained my trust and acted upfront and honest with complete integrity. My expectations were always in check because Cindy communicated at appropriate intervals and always provided clear and helpful details. I had confidence in Diamonds Direct throughout this process because Cindy continued to provide above and beyond resolutions to problems and clearly put in the time and effort to solve these problems I had no way of knowing how to solve myself.
