Poor performance still my package are in custom.. no update from them even i already give up some of my vitamins.. i already did my part give them all the documents they ask.. how long would took them to decide when to give it to me (dhltaiwan)the customer service are so bad. Also dhlphilippines they should not allowed over bottled of vitamins if its really not allowed.. i want to mocked them..😡😡😡 im almost Also in some of my package they give so high tax.. if only post office are open i will not use dhl these should be the last time

Waiting a month for a package they say is stuck in a warehouse in Melrose IL. They said to contact the merchant for another. What if they dont give it to me and it get stuck? Are they trying to get my stuff and sell it?? What is I cant get a replacement? Who pays they price I DO. Do not use these people.

This company is a massive scam. They hold your parcels and claim there are import duties to be cleared, asks you to provide proof for exempt. Then without informing you of the outcome, your parcels would be with you very shortly. Guess what? Then a massive bill is being sent to you because they claimed to have paid the duties for you. Then DHL would outsource debt collection agents to hunt you down with a snowballing interest rate on that said outstanding charge. I paid good extra money for DHL to be the courier when I purchased my items, did not expect DHL to be double or even triple charging AFTER SALES.

I find out DHL driver due to many packages delivery in one day they email me the date i suppose to received my package address not known i have to call office i am so disappointed to have all kind of tech. to dey GPS and cell phone in USA and driver not to find my address that total BS

DHL is one of the most unprofessional companies out there. I order items from all over the world and some sellers use DHL (unfortunately) and none of the parcel get to me. Here is what DHL does, once it gets to customs the parcel sits there for as long as possible, they will then blame the recipient claiming (in this case me) for not being available. I call write emails, literally beg but without fail they send it back. Needless to say that this is not good for a business relationship. Any other parcel service like UPS I have no issues whatsoever. Avoid at all cost. There is a reason why amazon avoids working with them.

Ordered an expensive product from over sea’s and was very skeptical from the reviews I have read. Needless to say my product had arrived 4 days ahead of scheduled and in great condition.

Worst customer service . No information about delay in delivery (one week delay) Only .... sorry for your inconvenience . We ship 100 plus packages week , will never use Again or recommend DHL . Better Use Fedex or UPS

I shipped an envelope to Barbados on Thursday and they said it would be there on Monday. Shows up on Wednesday. When I called to get a partial refund they blamed the poor service on COVID. The excuse for everything these days! So like a fool I tried them again and shipped on Monday for a Wed delivery. Starting calling on Tuesday evening as it appeared shipment was still in Montreal. On Wed morning I'm told its undergoing a customs inspection. For outbound Cargo from Canada? That's a lie! Here it is on Thursday evening and they still claim its with a Customs inspector. Pitiful and never again. Lessons learned. Back to Fed Ex. 20$ more for great service
