If it wasn’t for Kaylee at the local Portland station on Courier court I would be giving a 1 star - the 800# is where I see most complaints on the reviews. Those are outsources script readers who have the same info as you do online. Should you have an issue I would recommend calling a local branch. Kaylee and her counterparts literally SAVED the day!!! She went above and beyond to find my package that had been bouncing around for days, reach the driver and help me obtain the package within hours !!! She was so pleasant and such a bonus for this company. Keep being amazing Kaylee.

Got a text that my package had been delivered..when in fact it hadn't and probably dropped at another address in error. It took 1 email to their Customer service and within 1 hour the package was retrieved and delivered to me ! This is Customer Service at its best ! DHL have a professional dedicated team totally focused on dealing with these issues and I couldn't ask for more. Totally satisfied with their assistance. Thank you DHL.

Amazing Service. My wife and I couldnt be more delighted. We ordered a morracan mosiac globe lamp containing 7 mosaic glass globes from Istanbul Turkey on Sunday January 17th. It arrived today in Colorado on January 21. Not only did it arrive 6 days ahead of time, the box and all its contents were in pristine condition and the courier very pleasant. We are soo delighted with your service. Thank you very much

I think they r better at least than USPS, UPS and fedex..still not as good as the serves back home but for the US it's actually very good..when u can use them..I kind of wish DHL would be a shipping option for more parts of the US but it is what it is lol. I'm still pretty happy with them. ^_~ <3

This is my first experience with DHL. I couldn’t be more pleased. My package arrived from Poland to The US in just a few days. As a matter of fact it arrived a day early. Absolutely no problems at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I have read many complaints about the service, I have to say otherwise. Since we work with DHL whenever we need assistance, we have it immediately. Today I had a pleasant experience, because COVID, DHL does not have many places to drop off mail in Manhattan, I was suggested to drop off at a UPS location. Today when I went to drop off my shipment in the corner of the office I found a DHL truck and a DHL representative who gave me an envelope and helped me prepare it, this was in the middle of Manhattan, parked next to his truck. I also want to mention Christopher who is from Customer Service and who with his valuable help has resolved my concerns and queries and doubts quickly and efficiently.
