I’m from the uk and ordered from 2 different merchants and they used this company to handle there items , and both of my items haven’t been delivered through this company, one item got shipped in April the other at the start of may , both times I received a couple of updates then nothing so after contacting them about both of my items they tell my to contact the merchant and then when I do the merchant tells me once it’s in their hands they can’t do anything about it . Honestly are dhl hiring people that like to steal other people’s make up or are they just stupid and loose loads of peoples orders , because it’s crazy that you spend about £13 on international delivery for your item to get lost ! I will never be ordering from somewhere that delivers with this company !

Never deal with these guys in Israel. What a complete and utter disaster of an organization. I sent to US using DHL, and the item was sent back to Israel after repair. It has been 3 weeks, they have demanded i pay duty on the item, then stuffed me around with endless customs clearances, then they told me it was cleared and ready to be delivered. It showed it was OUT for DELIVERY on Monday, it's now Wednesday and it's on HOLD. I called them only to be told that I have to pay, how much? They don't know because they are waiting to receive a "discount for me and they will call me when they figure out how much I need to pay". This has been the absolutely worst customer support experience that I have ever received.

A panel was shipped from Canada to our lake house in Mo. Arrived in the states in less than 24 hours. No delivery in over 14 days. Phone calls to DHL Canada, company that shipped and US DHL. No one knew where the package was. Someone dropped it off at small po in Mo. Package over sized for US Mail. It sat there 10 days and was about to be shipped out. No one contacted us even with phone number on the label. Luckily the small town mailman asked me if we lived there and said there was a pkg but too big for him to deliver. They were to call me back. $ days later no one called

I placed an order from a site that unfortunately uses DHL. While the seller got the package to DHL rather quickly, DHL hasn’t delivered my package to USPS yet since May 2nd (It’s now May 12th) when the package is 20 MINUTES AWAY IN MY SAME STATE. Absolutely terrible.

DHL international The worst place ever dont send your packages through this company you will never recive them i have 2 packages still in pre transit in china ive yet to see them and all my amazon packages 19 in all came here already from china so see where i have issues with this company

Purchased an item on a Sunday, got confirmation that item would be delivered Thursday. Thursday comes and no package, checked tracking and package had been sitting in Phoenix and arrived the following Wednesday.. same thing happened with another purchase, item was to be delivered 4 days later and showed up 2 weeks later

Unbearable. They lost the item description that the shipper included with the parcel. It was supposed to be an overnight delivery but it took them 4 days to let me know that I am not in the customs database any longer. A week later the delivery person didn't follow instructions and claimed that I was not at home even though I was. Customer service promised redelivery the same day which did not happen. I was told that they try to ensure delivery but they can't make any gurantees. What a company ...
