⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing delivery service. My package has been taking far too long to arrive, and the tracking updates have not provided a clear explanation of the delays. Delivery is supposed to be reliable, but this experience has been frustrating and inconvenient. DHL needs to improve its delivery speed, tracking transparency, and customer service. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

⭐ 1/5 — and honestly, even 1 star is too much. If I could give DHL 0 stars, I would — and even 0 would still feel too generous. Extremely disappointing experience with DHL. My package did not arrive on time, and the worst part is that nobody can even give me a clear answer about when it will actually be delivered. Their customer service is very poor and has been completely unhelpful. On top of that, their chatbot has constant glitches. I have had to restart the conversation multiple times and repeat the same information over and over again just to try to get a simple update on my shipment. For a company that specializes in shipping and logistics, this level of service is unacceptable. Delayed packages, no reliable delivery information, poor customer support, and a broken chat system make the whole experience frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Based on my experience, DHL has one of the worst shipping and customer service systems I have dealt with. I would seriously think twice before trusting them with an important or time-sensitive package.

DHL is using Trump's suspension of the de minimis rule as an opportunity to gouge small customers. Last week I purchased a volume potentiometer, an electronic component, from Hifi Collective in the United Kingdom. The part cost $54.99 and shipping & handling was $34.67. The detailed billing that I have from DHL indicates total charges of $25.76 - $6.88 is duty, $1.38 is something called regulatory charges, and the lion's share of $17.50 is "DUTY TAX PROCESSING-NO ACCOUNT." When I appealed, DHL representative quoted the statute and their internal procedure. They really could not care less. Making the experience more enjoyable, within 12 hours of informing me of the fees they immediately began to threaten to send the item back if I did not pay it promptly.

If i could leave zero I would, they left live plants marked out for delivery on a truck for 5 days then transfered dead plants to usps what should have been a 3 day delivery ended up being 8 and too late. Needless to say the plant company lost the sale...

I ordered an item and it shipped with this company. NEVER AGAIN. My Item was shipped two hours from my home. And it stayed there nearly a week bouncing around a hub. Then, after two days with no shipping updates at all, I was informed the item was in another state, 8 hours north of me. And will likely be later than the estimated delivery date, which was already changed once. If you care about getting your item in any sort of timely manner, steer clear of this bunch. Or use a P.O Box and force the shipper to use USPS. These guys are a joke.

1) My package was not delivered to the address even though the office has a full-time manager who could receive the pkg. 2) My package was not re-delivered as requested. 3) My package was not re-delivered to an authorized DHL partner location as promised. 4) Rude Byron at Customer Support. First, I don't think they even deserve 1 star due to their lack of communication and professional skills. Second, this is not the first but the second disappointment I got from DHL "International" courier service. The first time I used them, they lost my wedding ring right before my wedding and never received it. So, I decided to not use this shipping company again internationally. Recently, my family from abroad wanted to send me some snacks and goods so I had them use DHL as I thought this time would be different. Nope, definitely not! My package has been in the States since July 30th. I've been calling them for 6 days every since, talking to more than 10 different customer service people or specialists. Everyday, I've been waiting for an update. Not a single time they called me first to update me. I'm the one checking my portal constantly and providing them with all the information. To this day, instead of telling me everything I needed to provide at one phone call, they made me call for 6 days with different information. Still, nothing is being done so I requested to send them back where they came from. I don't want my package anymore if I can't even enjoy it anymore at this point. THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER!

My eBay shipment from the US originated with DHL and eventuallyI started to get fake tracking messages from DHL about the delivery being delayed because no one was home. As it turns out DHL had transferred the shipment to Canada Post, but instead of saying that they said they had tried again and left a card at my door( completely untrue) which again left me scrambling to find out what was going on. I finally found out that CP had the shipment by calling them directly. Why can’t an organizational as large as DHL just tell a customer the truth?
