Long shipping. Often troubling. My package looked like someone was jumping on it. I'd use some other service next time.

Ordered 13th March. Last status update 7th April. Package still not received. Seriously! I understand that there are delays due to the recent pandemic, however other companies I have order from have not had this issue in the meantime, and it seems like DHL only care to update their status every 20 days or whenever they feel like it. Emails ignored, phone number doesn't go anywhere. How are they still around as a company? I really hope they die out along with COVID-19 in the near or distant future.

Tracking stopped 7 days ago, package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Chat with DHL was no help at all. I prefer UPS.

I can't believe I have a business I operate from home here in Smyrna Ga and DHL/AAustin Express is still accepting packages into the city from all over the world and not offering HAZARD Pay to any of their employees. I really feel sorry for them all that they are risking their lives everyday and DHL nor the contractor arent doing anything to show they care while workers are being exposes to many customers everyday. Great employees need jobs with employers that care.

Very fast and looks after the products they deliver

I received notifications that 3 packages were to be delivered to me. I never received any of them. They do not know what happened to the packages. If you can avoid using this shipping service, do.

The web tracking is a mess. It’s a cryptic mass of misinformation, statements that an agent will call you about an issue BUT if you don’t hear from an agent you should call them(really???), incorrect locations for the item, and updates not posted for 24-36hrs after email notifications have arrived. I live in Japan and things are ORGANIZED. Not at the DHL Japan branch for Kansai. Emails just ignored, multiple phone calls to find out what is wrong, information provided to resolve the situation doesn’t get entered properly and the notifications to contact customer service start back up. And NOBODY wants to give the name/address of someone higher up the food chain to complain to. Those requests are just ignored. DHL seems to deliver Amazon packages without problems. I guess Amazon is a big customer. But if the sender is an individual, watch out.

Worst,unorganized, delivery company I've had the unfortunate experience of receiving package/packages from.NEVER on time.I will be checking the means of shipping for all future purchases from anyone.11 days to deliver one small package for less than 450 miles.
