This company is a completely trash service. I sent and very very small pakage 12cm x 10cm to south america and I paid as gold the charges but their agent in Bolivia are charging 2 extra amounts. 1st payment of custom borders taxes I AGREE! with this. 2nd charge I DON'T AGREE WITH THIS is an FEE for the agent in bolivia. The agent is charging almost extra $105.00 in handling separate the $30.00 for the taxes. An perfect ABUSE! I did the complain and is almost 1 month y nothing! My box is still there with the agen. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. DHL ON EEUU NEEDS TO PUSH THEIR AGENTS TO EXPLAIN THEM THE EXTRA CHARGES REQUIRED BY LAW BUT UNITED STATES DO NOT CARE ABOUT IT. THEY ALREADY HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME.I TRY TO GET CONTACT WITH THE OWNERS OR THE HEADQUARTERS IN FLORIDA BUT THEY ARE NOT ACEPTING ANY CALLS I SEND THEM A LETTER WITH MY COMPLAINT. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PLEASE.

They completely destroyed a package from the UK (ignoring the "FRAGILE" written all over it). These things happen. They also lied about delivery, telling me on Friday that it had been delivered on Monday - even producing (unverifiable) documentation of same. Their prices are extraordinarily high - but it is the downright lying that is unforgivable

The took a lot of charges from me for clearing the customs, I wish there was other companies doing it better

They’ve taken more than a month to get my package sent and I’ve been calling every business day telling them to get it delivered and they’ve been very rude and unprofessional during these phone calls. I definitely do not recommend

They can’t deliver my package to the right place can’t even get ahold of customer service and every slow I wouldn’t send anything out with them very irresponsible company or divers

I receive my packages and I'm thankful for that, but it's slower than the other companies, and tracking doesn't update a lot.

Sometimes good and sometimes disaster!

DHL has become the worst shipping company ever, lying to all their customers why they're late with delivery, one fake excuse after another. 1st it's that it takes 24-48 hrs to register that import duty taxes have been paid (BS! Why would they schedule a delivery if that hasn't been registered?!?!), then it's that it's too late for delivery, then it's that the local station couldn't make the delivery even though the person who requested the delivery said that it would be made, then it's that it has to be re-registered, then it's that the customer has to do pick-up at the local station instead, then it's that the pandemic has really severed their services, on and on and on, one lie and fake news after another. DHL readily uses the pandemic as an excuse, but the truth of the matter is that the pandemic has been affecting EVERYONE, so boohoo, suck it up, DHL. UPS and Fedex have stepped up and don't use the pandemic as an excuse because they are a professional company who wants to survive. Apparently, DHL is not professional and is not handling the situation well, so why don't you just give up, DHL??? That would save us alot of problems in that we don't have to give our precious packages to you anymore bc you treat your customers and our packages like dirt.
