Service is terrible ! Delivery guy just left the box 📦 on my door step , without informing me. He didn’t ring the bell and didn’t call me ! How come ? In the box was expensive things , costs more than 200$ !

The company takes no responsibility for broken items & stolen valuables. A shipment sent from Germany to USA included broken dishes that were repacked including the broken pieces in a black trash bag & on the box wrote am employee " I broke Sorry" than from the box were stolen 2 boxes of real silver silverware 100 years old! The box was scanned out for delivery & was never delivered. It was picked up by the receiver after searching 2 days for the delivery. DHL customer service gives you the runaround & has no intention to deal with their thieves employees!

Shame on me! I just made the list of customers who got extorted by this horrible business. I should have checked online before selecting the delivery option that uses this courrier. Well, live and learn. As many have experienced before me, this terrible business asks that I pay them duties, taxes and their own admin fees before they continue with the delivery. They ask that you pay up even *before* the package reaches the customs. In other words, it is a guarantee that you will have to pay taxes and customs, and MORE (other bogus fees), for your package. So if you are fond of paying more for delivery than you should, use them. As for me: NEVER AGAIN!

This is my first experience with DHL. I couldn’t be more pleased. My package arrived from Poland to The US in just a few days. As a matter of fact it arrived a day early. Absolutely no problems at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Do yourself a favor and use a different shipping company if you can. My friend sent a package to Jamaica from USA over a month ago and the package has not been delivered. It cost so much to mail a little package and they requested another payment when it got to Jamaica but package is still not delivered as at the time of writing this review.

I find it very concerning that an overseas ballot sent by U.S. citizen by DHL went to the correct hub as it should but instead of going to its end destination, it was sent to another hub, hence delaying it. Many Americans living abroad are using DHL as a more costly alternative to suspended or slowed down international service (due to Covid) and diplomatic pouches. I even have advised them to use. I sincerely hope this was an unusual incident and not ballot manipulation. I give a 3 star because the error is visible in tracking and I was notified of an "exception".

i have found out dhl are as poor as yodel which i thought was not possible,things they have in common,tracking data for a parcels journey which is based on lies,and when you try and sort it out after staying in for 3 days in a row it is totally impossible to talk to a person,just electronic data with the same lies,when it is not possible to talk to a person it speaks volumes about the company,before ordering if we all asked who they use for carriage we might start to get the service we should.

expensive but worth it. customer support was helpful to find my lost parcel.
