DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Sent a watch to the USA twice. On the first occasions I didn't receive the additional customs form to fill out and when I eventually found out why the item was delayed and sent the filled out form they said the item was going to be returned. On the second occasion they sent an additional customs form to the recipient. It should have come to me as the shipper. I sent it back. They then claimed that they were unable to contact the recipient for further information and returned the item despite the fact that they had sent two emails to the recipient. I have spent nearly £100 in shipping costs and my item is still not delivered. I am still trying to get a refund. This company is totally incompetent, rigid and doesn't care at all about the customers that they are willing to take money from. There are plenty of good couriers out there. Avoid DHL whether that's UK, USA etc like the plague.

This is my fifth item that I've purchased and the seller chose DHL. Evert time my package is either late, damaged or both. Seeing other reviews I see I'm not the only one. This one company I use refuses to replace the product that came damaged or not at all. So that makeup company is perfect for DHL.

Making online orders you deal with shipping companies and whenever I hear my package was shipped by DHL I cringe. I have never had a good experience with them. Packages usually get lost. I recently bought something from overstock. They shipped it out the same day. The package was shipped from Boca Raton and I live in Jacksonville. SAME STATE. 4 hour drive ! Well ...It’s been 6 days so far and I haven’t received it yet. Tracking Says package was “ missent “ yesterday and “ reprocessed through sort facility “. I have a feeling I’ll never receive it. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my friend whose birthday is in 2 days.

I have purchased a product and used DHL to deliver But when I went to the DHL center to track the shipment, they replied that they did not know anything about it and could not track it, This shipment, they said, was made via DHL Package, not DHL Express What does it mean to not know and how can I distinguish between Package and Express? Why didn't you inform me before paying the money that you would use a local service provider? Where is your after-sales service to follow up with me? The important thing is that I feel that I was taken for granted when I bought your services How do you not know about the shipment and ask me to follow up with the local shipper And I don't have any follow-up number.

i got a photo proof that my package [the color of the door is even different from the color of my front door) got delivered on the dhl mobile app but it was never delivered,i also checked the website and it keeps telling me it has been delivered meanwhile i cant find anything,I called the customer service and i was told they have it on hold at their warehouse meanwhile the mobile app and website keeps telling me it has been delivered,The agent i spoke to when i called said they will call in the next 90 minutes but after 9 hours i still havent heard from them.It is really really SAD,

There is no "0" rating else I will provide zero rating only for the customer service. Worst customer service ever seen in any company like this. No one take the call, no one doing proper response. (Waste of contacting their toll free number)

I thought that my parcels always arrived on time and the staff were very pleasant and have never mislaid or lost any of my parcels. Even If I had cause to get in touch with customer affairs they were always very nice to me and would do what they could to help me.
