Trash I had something shipped through these clowns 3 months ago and still hasn’t gotten anywhere. Just a joke. Use EMS, they actually get s*** done twice as fast as they predict. If they tell you 20 days, they usually do it in 10.

Any zero stars? Trying to ship 2 pieces of documents to Asia from NY. It stuck in NY for 7days. Called customer service daily. And each time they came up with some different name that will call me back within certain time. Of course I set my hope high, and zero call back. One told me my package failed customs twice (remember just document), one told me it’s in DHL station and not in customs yet. They finally opened up a trace and promised to update me next day at 5pm. I lost my patience, decided to call them to check before 5pm. I was on hold for an hour without even speaking to anybody. And the lady picked up the phone told me station still trying to gather info for my package. And now since I called them, I won’t get update today. I need to wait till the next biz day for them to call me back. On their book, they only need to update customer once a day. Go UPS or FedEx or even USPS. I could have slap a dollar stamp on my mail and it will be there already. They are holding my package hostage.

The delivery guy didn't speak English and refused to wait for me even after begged hard for it. By the time I went down, he was gone. And then he falsely reported I was not at home.

DHL supposedly delivered a package to me. They took a picture of part of a door and the package. It wasn't clear if it was my door or not. Someone was at the business when they delivered and checked within an hour. Nothing was there. I called DHL and told them that it never arrived. They said it did and provided the picture. I asked them to prove it and that picture was the only proof. I asked if they delivered to the wrong address and they could not. They told me to contact the shipper to file a loss claim report. When I did that, a trace was started and then I never heard back. When I contacted the shipper, they said DHL told them it was delivered. I was basically out of luck and out of a $200 item. Since I was making no progress, I was going to eat the cost and order again but not use DHL. Luckily, I got distracted by a week and magically the item showed up on the doorstep with a notice that said second delivery attempt. So I don't know what happened and I never will. These guys told me they delivered it but obviously it was redelivered at a later time (2 weeks later from when I reported it). I suspect the courier delivered it to the wrong place and they were able to get it back and deliver, but that's not what DHL told me. I feel I cannot trust this company and their delivery confirmations or handling of such issues and commuication. I could have double ordered and spent $400, but I was lucky I was distracted. All this time, not a single communication from DHL. I would not recommend doing business with them.

DHL has lost my order. You deny this and you are lying. You have had the parcel since November 10, and you refuse to deliver it even today. This is exceedingly lame of you, and I see from other reviews that this is by no means the exception to the rule. Poor service apparently IS the rule. Waybill 2230736292

I think they r better at least than USPS, UPS and fedex..still not as good as the serves back home but for the US it's actually very good..when u can use them..I kind of wish DHL would be a shipping option for more parts of the US but it is what it is lol. I'm still pretty happy with them. ^_~ <3

If they have a half star I would put it I send 2 package to Dominican Republic 2 weeks ago and still haven’t made it to the destination their service sucks

Terrible service. So unpolite on the phone, and it takes them so much time to upload any kind of news about the shipping. They simply don't care and it's obvious! I will definitely avoid dhl at all cost.
