I had medically necessary surgery in the Doctor's office, the operation took 4 hours and was successful. The bill for surgery and facility charge was $3,600. I paid the doctor and submitted the claim to Devoted Health for reimbursement. After about 90 DAYS they responded with a payment of $171. Think long and hard before going with this company, they are not what they pretend to be.

The customer service went above and beyond. It was extremely helpful 💕

Where do I begin. Guess I’ll start with the agent that convinced my husband that the GIVE BACK is the way to go. I get $186 back in my social security check thru Devoted. Sounds great right? I complained about the dental portion which covers $500 yr. Yeah. And because of a pushy agent w didn’t go over every single service. What I’ve learned is that EVERY copay is twice as high as my prior coverage. We’ve paid out of pocket 3x the give back amount. Cannot wait for open enrollment to get off of this useless plan.
