I signed up for Devoted Health and after drs dropped off in network have used their primary care telehealth. I have had issues with them prescribing higher tier meds which cost more vs a tier 1 drug available. But now after trying to get my thyroid meds and out for 11 days This is the worst patient care??? They are not worried about side effects of going without only who’s at fault. So make sure you have a dr and do not use their primary care. They are paid by this company to lower their payouts!!!!

I am very happy with this plan, other than the usual annual visit to my PCP I do not have much medical issues, so my MD visits are limited. I find customer service super helpful, prompt and friendly. My PCP is great and attentive. My insurance plan takes good care of me with little to no monthly cost to me. I love the giveback plan as it leaves my SS check near intact. I do not mind an HMO I have no particular attachment to anyone and they have a wide and diversifed network of providers. They also cover eyewear and some dental (anything is better than nothing) I'm keeping this pan and very happy with it.

Devoted Health's reimbursement policies are inadequate and archaic. I have been waiting more than 6 months for a simple vision reimbursement. And every time I communicate with their customer service department, I get different answers. If you expect timely or reliable processing for your out-of-pocket healthcare expenses, look elsewhere.

No-One has given me update, My previous Dentist Elizabeth, filed a complaint & would like to know about a Re-imbersent ??? Because I'm seeing a new dentist which needs to Fix the broken teeth, and fit??? Can you cover that procedure? Having a partial done for bottom teeth??? Thank-You, Sincerely Lissy Keily

Devoted Health switched my mother's Medicare insurance to Devoted and she didn't know it because she has dementia and is hearing-impaired. Assuming they called her on the phone, they used deceptive practices. Please be aware of this trickery. UPDATE 9/20 Spoke with 2 different representatives. Both were very helpful and I felt satisfied with the explanations and advice on what to do next. It does seem their payment systems are slow. I also don't understand why you can't see a running total of all your claims. You can only view each claim notification one at a time. That's insane. I will definitely change my mother's insurance back to what she had. It was much better overall. But now that it's September, I'll just finish this year with this company. I think we'll end up paying a little more than we would have with her original medicare plan, but not enough to make it worth trying to get an SEP and get all her bills retro-paid with her original insurance. She has macular degeneration, and the treatment is very expensive. I believe it was a third party agent that switched her. Not Devoted Health itself. Why this can't be prevented is beyond me.
