Never again Devoted health insurance. This is my first year with them. They have contract with companies, they are deceptive, dishonest, and/or they do not care about patients. It have been 6 month still I do not have Diabetic shoes and socks. They just called every days and wasted my time. They do not feel shame by giving this kind of services. I have more bad experience with them. Also, they will give you wrong co-pay.

Horrible, just horrible. My 100 year old grandmother broke her hip and requires surgery and rehab. After 3 weeks in rehab, Devoted determined she had to go and they would no longer pay. Mind you, she was still battling the effects of the anesthesia which fie the elderly is known to take up to a couple months. She couldn't walk more than twenty feet with the walker and assistance. But Devoted refuses to provide further coverage despite the medical professionals advocating for continued care. She fell at home two days later. 6 weeks later she was hospitalized with a high fever, extremely high blood pressure, and cold symptoms. She also couldnt walk or stand. She was that weak. A fever in someone that old is a medical emergency. Testing discovered she had parainfluenza. Three days after discharge, Devoted denied coverage saying there was nothing wrong with her. Funny how the medical professions at urgent care, ER, and her attending Dr. Disagreed. If you care about your loved one and dont want a headache for seeking care, dont choose Devoted. They are not devoted to your loved ones well being.

DO NOT pick Devoted Insurance! Their representatives do not know what they are talking about. Even when I ask for a supervisor they will promise to call me back and they don't! They have repeatedly denied me to see an out of network provider using improper codes as an excuse. They use a script always saying "the next step is"...... leaving me totally frustrated!! Devoted Insurance uses no common sense to solve a simple problem. As soon as I can change my insurance provider I am gettng away from Devoted Insurance as quickly as I can!! Save yourself from the nitemare of dealing with Devoted Insurance!! By the way I had to click one star to move forward but they deserve zero stars!!

This is without a doubt, the worst decision I've made since I've retired. This is a joke They don't have any doctors in your area. They just give you back a little bit. And then you get nothing in return. So do your best and try to find or stay with Medicare or medicaid?

Terrible.0 stars if I could. Checked provider directory to find an in network free standing imaging center for X-ray because it's less expensive than a hospital affiliated center. Closest on directory was over 12 miles. So I called and was given other free standing facilities closer but not on directory. Than I texted to see what it would cost for an X-ray at the Ohio Health Urgent Care in Grandview Heights, Ohio and Daniel said $25..Since this was not on the directory so I asked if he was sure. He texted back that he was.mistaken and it was $75.I then called a Devoted supervisor who acknowledged the systemic problem with provider directories being incorrect. She also said the directories they see are the same as the directories patients see. Not true because she found a free standing center on Jasonway in Columbus that is not on the directory I saw She also stated that directories are sorted by rating. Untrue again. They are sorted by distance and there is no sort feature by rating. A couple hours spent trying to navigate around conflicting information from different people. A real mess of an outdated fragmented system. There should be a law against not providing accurate information but there's not No protection for the patient.
