I responded to a flier I received in the mail. I was asked highly suspicious questions regarding my source of income and source of current insurance. When I stated that the question were highly suspicious, the agent rudely discontinued the conversation and hung-up. 10-22-26 11:50am

I was simply calling to as about in/out network doctor and hospital coverage. After the phone selection menu, a person with no answers but many questions (so they could pass me to someone who could answer my question).. 15minutes to be exact, I spoke with an agent and was forced to consent to a recording (or they'll disconnect). After that, I found out that they don't cover any of the major doctors or hospitals in the area. Further, I would have to pay provider and submit bills (I become the bank), then the collection service, and waste more time on follow-up for out of network providers. Nope. I wanted insurance, not hassle.

I called Devoted to find an in-network Ungent Care center. I went to the urgent care Devoted sent me to. Then was sent a letter saying service was denied!

Customer suport gave my client and I good guidance and found the Medicare informatin we needed. It was a great experience, Problem solved on the first call by the person who picked up the phone. Agent support is great.

Good support so far and clear and clean agent portal.
