It has been an experience but the ladies I worked with were extremely helpful and answered every question I messaged them in a timely manner. Would recommend to others! I would actually like to adjust my review my initial experience was wonderful however as we get closer and closer to the wedding it hasn’t been all that great. The company that they use for the wedding coordinator/planner is actually awful. They don’t respond in a timely manner if at all it’s two months before our wedding and we haven’t even begun to plan. We recently switched wedding planners and this person is just as bad as the last. They keep saying it’s covid but how can you plan a destination wedding with zero to no communication. It has made the experience less than appealing and downright stressful. I have people flying in from all over the country spending thousands of dollars with literally no plan. However our room coordinator has been wonderful! Carmen has exceeded my expectations and has assured me that everything will work out in the end. She has been the only one who has consistently answered questions and kept me updated. I appreciate her and she is a valuable asset to the company if it wasn’t for her I might have cancelled 5 months ago.

Charlene has been very helpful from the beginning, always available and responds right away. Appreciate her attention to detail in the planning process. No complaints so far.

We had the pleasure of working with Lindsay Parker as our Wedding Specialist. She was beyond helpful and was always there to assist when needed. Our wedding unfortunately had to be cancelled due to covid, but regardless she was there to assist us each step of the way. She still reaches out to see how we are doing and if we are safe. Lindsay is just a genuine caring person who has a passion for what she does. If you are planning a vacation or destination wedding I would suggest to ask to be connected with her because she’s great.

Sandra is always available to help and is super pleasant. I am happy my daughter is working with Sandra for her wedding.

Our group of 30 had the absolute best time at the Grand Palladium/Lady Hamilton in Montego Bay! Denise was so great at organizing and rebooking our rooms, we most definitely enjoyed having her and I’m not sure what we would have done without her! The resort was amazing and so clean! Due to covid, we were a little nervous traveling outside of the country, but this resort was so prepared with all staff wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. Honestly with our group of 30 people and the resort having minimal guests, it was absolutely perfect! We’d go back and do it again! The wedding team at the grand palladium was also phenomenal and everything went exactly how I wanted it to! I can’t wait to book another trip with Denise in the future!

Great overall experience with helping for us to have a wonderful 10 year celebration. The service and accommodations were top notch. Our guest all had a blast and it was a much needed break and time to decompress. Pam was a great planner and always attentive to our needs and so I would highly recommend.

Donna Chevalier is our agent and we love her. She helped us create our perfect destination wedding almost 7 years ago in Riviera Maya, Mexico and we couldn’t be more happy. She helped us from start to finish and we decided to ask her this year if she did family vacations as well, and we were beyond thrilled! We recently traveled to Mexico with our twin 5 year old boys. She helped us with everything. This is a crazy year and a crazy time to travel and she made us feel safe before we even left our home. Marcia was fabulous at navigating our travel during COVID. She helped us plan our destination wedding that we, unfortunately had to cancel but she still stuck it out with us to make sure our honeymoon was fantastic. She was so patient with our guests and always available.
