Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had no choice but to cancel our wedding. However, the entire process leading up to that point was amazing thanks to our destination weddings coordinator Lindsay. She took our resort preferences seriously and found the perfect one for us! She was so diligent getting back to us for any and all questions we had, and took a lot of stress out of the planning by assisting our guests too. When the pandemic happened, Lindsay stayed the course, giving us all of the information that was made available to her as it came in. Unfortunately, issuing refunds to us and our guests took a lot longer than we expected - however we knew she had no control over this. All in all, Lindsay was wonderful to work with. She even sent us flowers on our would-be wedding day to make sure we knew she was thinking of us! When the time is right, and we can plan another trip or wedding, she'll be our first call. I am working with Janice Gwilliam. She has been very helpful and very patient from the beginning. She is very quick with responses and always available to help whenever I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend her to anyone planning a destination wedding in the near future!

Working with Natalie was amazing! There are so many constant changes when planning a group trip and wedding during a pandemic, but she was on top of every detail and every change. She definitely know the ins and outs to all things travel! We needed some assistance during the holiday season and she was still readily available and at our disposal through it all! 10/10.

Charlene is amazing! She was so helpful sending us venue options, reviews and photos from real weddings at those venues. She was also great offering us options that could accommodate all of our and our guests' needs. Would definitely recommend Charlene!

Sue Allen was an amazing travel agent who was very quick in responding, and also giving us information about the resort, flights, restrictions, excursions recommendations, etc. Our trip was absolutely amazing!!
