Even though we didn’t get to go on our beautiful trip to celebrate my daughters Mexican Destination wedding, I want to give a shout out to Cathy Byrnes, our travel agent. This lady took care of us like a boss! She fought for us all that had paid and bought insurance for this destination weddding so that we would receive every penny of our money back. She went above and beyond in helping each and everyone of us to get the proper paper work filed and didn’t stop working for us until we each had received our money back from insurance. I can’t thank her enough. I know that when I book My next trip, I will be sure to call Cathy!

I worked with Charlene, who was great! She patiently answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable about the different resorts. We had to switch gears last minute and basically change our whole pool of potential resorts, and she was very helpful finding a better fit for us. My only complaint is all the different promotions can be very confusing and the website used for guests to book their room is so terrible and confusing. But I would not be able to plan a wedding in Mexico without Destination Weddings!

Destination Wedding has been great. I would for sure recommend them to friends and family. Michael and Heather Whittle have been there every step of the way for us. Before, during and after the big day. If there was a problem, they solved it. If there was to much stress, they made sure to talk me through it with positive Solutions and just to be there for me. They really care for their clients, and make you feel like a good friend. When Covid hit, Michael and Heather reached out to reassure us and to let us know that they were still there, to let us know what was going on in the travel world, keeping us posted. I consider them more as friends then just a travel agent.

Many thanks for handling our daughter Shelby and her new husband, Mark's, wedding plans for them (and the rest of us). Things went so smoothly. The resort was incredible, and we were very well taken care of. All of the festivities were just perfect! What amazing memories we will all have together. The happy couple could not have asked for anything more in what you put into place, and the staff there coordinated everything on site to perfection. It was an event to remember for the rest of our lives!

Sue Allen was so helpful in planning our trip! Very timely in her responses via email, coordinated everything to a tee, and we really enjoyed our trip!

Tracy has been extremely helpful & great to work with. She's even talked me off the ledge a few times when wedding planning has gotten stressful. She's always responsive and thorough when explaining things to me. I'd definitely recommend Tracy to any of my girlfriends that get married in the future.

Carrie Oztas with DestinationWeddings.com was so incredibly helpful!! With the twists and turns of COVID-19 and having to cancel our destination wedding, we were a difficult client to say the least. Nonetheless, Carrie was very patient with us and super kind and always willing to answer our questions (we had LOTS). She made sure every step of the process was easy, that we understood everything, that we were happy, and that we would get our dream wedding / vacation. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Carrie specifically, but also about the ease of using DestinationWeddings. If you are considering a destination wedding, USE THIS COMPANY!
