Carrie coordinated an incredible trip at Margaritaville, Punta Caña for our lively ;-) group of 30+ ppl. Not only did she tend to everyone’s need she was great to be around. She literally anticipated everyone’s needs waaay in advance. I’ve never seen anyone place such close attention to details without being ….excuse a pain in the ass. Looking forward to Carrie planning our next group trip!!!!

When it comes to destinationweddings then Carrie Peterson is the S#%!. Mrs Peterson took approximately 38 of my most annoying friends and family and put together one of the best trips of all time. Like a ring master at the circus, Carrie took charge and made sure that everyone in attendance was taken care of. This trip was a first for many and a first for this group together and because Carrie Peterson was on top of her game we had the times of our lives. Thank you Carrie Peterson for all your hard work and weddingdestinations for employing Carrie. We will be using her in the future for sure.

I loved the ease of the trip. The constant checking made it easier for us to be able to enjoy ourselves once we arrived. My only complaint is the transportation. Discova Travel was very unorganized and did not provide adequate transpiration from the airport. They packed us in a small van and the ride was very uncomfortable. They also dropped us off at the wrong lobby which made it long and difficult to check in. Beside the transportation, everything else was beautiful. The resort was nice and relaxing.

Great agents = great result! Having an agent that is prompt, to the point, and gets what you need done is priceless. Mindi was a perfect match for us and made our process much easier. Highly recommend!

I have been in contact with Charlene Barlow for more than 3 months regarding my trip. I was quoted a price 3 months ago and signed the authorization request form. I reached out to her numerous times because she never processed my deposit. Different excuses have been given. They changed agents, she was out of the country, then it was the hotels fault. Twice, the authorization request form expired because she never processed it. 3 months later, I am now being given a quote that is $2500 more than the initial quote. I am still getting a run around and continuously being told, “I’ll get back to you.” This is unacceptable. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused to give me that information. She finally gave a name and an email address and told me that there was no phone number to reach her. I sent an email and got a response that we must go through zoho forms as emails will not be responded to. This has been a complete nightmare.

Sue was on top of everything and provided helpful and detailed emails.

I wrote a review about how unhappy I was with my planner. I received an immediate response to have someone else assigned and that same night she reached out. She’s been absolutely wonderful, so attentive and understanding. Not only that she has given me all the info I need- ready to book within a few days of speaking to her! Pam has made this entire experience turn around in no time. Thank you.
