I had the pleasure of working with Susan Roberson on my recent wedding in Cabo . Susan and I had been planning this for two years since COVID changed our initial plans. From the time I met Susan she has been and remained a pleasure to work with. Susan is kind, professional, and most of all dedicated to your needs as a wedding planner. She pays attention to detail and remains at your service from beginning to end. I am so thankful to have met her and worked with her on my wedding . I feel like I not only gained a wedding planner but a life long friend. Susan your hard work is so appreciated! Remain the amazing individual and wedding planner/travel agent that you are !

I don’t know how their service is with the couple and family, but if you care about your guests, stay clear of this company! Our agent, DeAna, is quite possibly the most incompetent sales person and customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with in any capacity. She will go weeks without returning emails or phone calls, and then will randomly call you 10 o’clock at night after the issue is resolved by other means. If you need to make any changes to your reservation that may include an extra cost, you won’t be told upon speaking with them, but they will spring an email on you at and 1pm or even 4:48(!) and ask that you pay the cost in full by 5 PM or you will lose your entire reservation that you already paid thousands for. This has happened twice with me while working with DeAna. I’m giving it two stars for now because I haven’t actually experienced the wedding, but after working with DeAna for several months now, it has already been a major headache that makes me want to drop out of the wedding all together. But I certainly won’t do out of respect for the couple.

Tracy espina is a wonderful travel agent. She is extremely organized, responds promptly within a reasonable amount of time, and extremely nice I highly recommend her.

We used Janice Gwilliam to book our destination wedding and we highly recommend her! Janice helped us from the very beginning by suggesting a destination just before COVID hit. Janice was so helpful throughout the process or choosing new dates, connecting with the resort, guests canceling and rebooting throughout the pandemic and then finally when our trip came. Our large group flooded her with soooo many requests and questions and she approached each one in a supportive, suggestive and professional manner. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received.

I have been working with an agent at Destinationweddings since about June 2022 for a 2022 wedding date. Due to the constant response delays I knew it was going to be a difficult experience. I tried to create another profile to be assigned another specialist. However, I imagine because I was already in the system, customer service redirects me back to the same agent. Ever since then it has been THE MOST STRESSFUL wedding planning experience for me. The specialist would go on vacation or be at a conference and does not provide a heads up. I just don’t hear anything until I call and get a voicemail or send an irate email 📧 and cc customer service. Then the specialist has the audacity to say don’t cc customer service. Because the specialist doesn’t skim the contract given by the resort, I’ve had to point out several mistakes in a contract and have it redone. I’ve waited weeks for a response which delays me allowing my guests to receive a save the date. I was told to complete and save my save the date to send to guests. Once I did and realized I still couldn’t send it I was told I had to book my room first. I’ve been told one date for room drops without fees and then received the contract stating something different. Rates went up with an addendum due to the resort misprint. Now the resort has my deposit and my reservation fees and the specialist is at a conference for 8 days with no phone communication! I am still waiting to get the information to send out my save the dates after my follow up email, as my guests are now inquiring and a bit concerned about how to plan for this trip. I am months away from my wedding day and still can’t even get my save the date link from my specialist due to this conference. I wish I had followed my mind and demanded a different wedding specialist. What an experience! I repeat what an awful experience.

Our agent Sian Monk was horrible. She tried to over charge our guess, we never got our upgrade, she was never in office to handle corrections, very hard to reach her by phone, takes very long to answer emails, If you ever get her request someone else...

Horrible experience of you have medical things come up and cannot attend. I was trying to cancel something over a year out that I would be a guest at and they basically trick you with this confusing wording. I then asked for clarification and I was told you get a refund if it’s 65 days before travel. Again, it’s more than a year away and yet I only got half the money back. Be careful when booking as a guest to attend something, they are very active when trying to get you to book ahead of time, but not when you need assistance after paying the deposit. My travel agent planner was Stephanie so beware yallll.
