They have a wide variety of places to choose from for a destination wedding! Honestly there were too many because it took so long to choose. Our wedding and travel specialist was very helpful in navigating all the planning with the resort and with the guests. She also helped to give us date outlines and goals to make sure the wedding went smoothly. Our wedding was absolutely amazing and I'm so glad we found this little gem of a resort in Costa Rica.

Melissa is AMAZING!!! She provided the information regarding different destinations freaky fast! She was unbiased but honest with us, her communication was very timely! We are sad to be transitioning away from her! Thank you Melissa for helping us and being available to answer my million questions!

Amy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable and answered questions in a timely manner. Day or night she was more than willing to help. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend her to anyone that is interested in a destination wedding!!!

I wish I would have read reviews while we were going through our process to get a new agent to help us. I do think this would have been a great experience and program for us if we would have had the right agent. We had our wedding last weekend but the entire process of setting up our wedding page, sending out save the dates, getting rooms set up and also booking flights Brenda was either non responsive, rude or simply not helpful to my husband and I and to all of our guests. It was almost to the point where our guests wanted to back out with how unhappy they were. Brenda would rarely answer her phone and take days to call back no matter if it was mornings, during the day or evenings. We never knew if we should call during the week or weekends. When she would finally call anyone back she made them feel bad for even reaching out! Not only was it hard to get a hold of her for questions but when there were problems no one knew what to do. She messed up on quite a few of our guests dates and payments and again made them feel like it was their fault! She didn’t help with anyone on booking flights even when we all checked that we wanted the help when we sent in our inquiries. If you are looking to go through this program I highly recommend not using Brenda as your agent!

Carrie Peterson did an amazing job ensuring that each of our guests made it to our destination with ease. Also, whenever I needed assistance Carrie was just one email away. We started our wedding planning in February 2022. We wed last week in Jamaica.

From start to finish our rep was on the ball ! Including all updates, pertinent info and necessary forms to fill (with direct links), extra details for things to expect and what to bring etc and then followed up to make sure everything was ready and helped with any difficulties with the forms. Overall, a great way to plan with less worry !

There is no way to have anyone contact you other than your agent. Nothing is working and we are 5 days out. All of the airline seat assignments were done incorrectly, but no one can log into Air Transat to change their seats. As the bride I can't even log in to add an additional bag. Our agent said she doesn't even know how to do this. This experience has been nothing but painful. There is always an excuse or reason why things are not done correctly. The agent is disorganized and full of excuses. It would have been easier to book this trip myself, I'm not exactly sure what your service has provided for me at this point.
