Lars was amazing! So helpful, always willing to get on a call and super chill. He made sure to connect us with the right people and always checked in to make sure our needs were being met. All of our guests were able to get their questions answered in a timely manner. We would love to plan future vacations with him because he made everything so smooth which you would think it would be hard to do when planning an international wedding.

Melissa is incredible! She was very responsive and took the time to answer my many questions. I never felt like I was bothering her and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help us find our dream venue. She went above and beyond every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We are so thankful that Carrie Oztas provided us with excellent guidance since the beginning! We had an initial phone call and I had no idea of what to do - all I knew was that I wanted a dream destination wedding! Since that initial phone call I knew she was equipped to deliver what I was looking for, and she sure did!! I did not have to worry about anything for our guests; she handled it all very professionally! While we were onsite at the resort she responded immediately to our requests as well! She helped me decide even on which destination to choose, since I was not even sure what would be best for us. I had a beautiful beach wedding in the DR, thank you Destination Weddings and Carrie!! I appreciated as well that their website has preset templates for Save the Dates, since I didn't have much time to create my own, and they were beautiful! Thank you so much, again, Carrie! I recommend her 100%!!!

If you are even thinking of a destination wedding I highly recommend you work with Terri Nash! She is extremely knowledgeable and genuine and so easy to talk to! The whole time I felt like she was a good friend who understood me. She is quick to respond to emails and when my fiancé and I had an opening in our schedules and wanted to tour venues in Cancun literally the next week she was proactive in booking us a room and scheduling tours with multiple wedding coordinators and hotels that fit our criteria. She truly went above and beyond what we expected!!! Thank you Terri!!

Sue Allen was fantastic in helping me in our travels. Moon palace was okay. Clean and friendly. The food wasn’t great at the actual restaurants. The BBQ was fantastic

Sharon & Christina were in charge of planning my cousin’s wedding. Christina, specifically, is super unprofessional. I added my cousin to my room & my cousin decided last minute not to go. When I told Christian my cousin could no longer go, the way she spoke to me was disgusting. She left three voicemails, and thank God for iPhones because you can read the messages people leave, and you can read them and see how they get nastier and nastier with each voicemail she left. Long story short, instead of explaining to me like a decent human that the reservation couldn’t be canceled, she threw a tantrum like a child, saying we now had a problem. My cousin ended up going, and the room was paid for & was going to get paid for either way. There was never an issue, but she made it a problem the second I told her I needed to cancel. Funny how different her tone was when I first spoke to her. She also sent other people emails telling them I wasn’t paying for the room. SUPER unprofessional! It’s always the people who work with people who are the nastiest. Christina has the personality of someone who shouldn’t deal with people. Super disgusting these two.

Fate must have sent us the absolute best planner in Debbie Frey. I was surprised that she was willing to speak with me initially on New Year’s Eve. She thoughtfully took her time and just explained everything to me and eventually my guests. Never rushed and just always so pleasant. Service like this is so rare these days and she just made us feel like we made the best choice. I had never even traveled to this location, but when I got there I felt like I knew everything. Wonderful experience through and through, and it took so much off our plates in planning a whole wedding!

Adeline is so knowledgeable and able to answer any & all questions in a very timely manner. She has made destination wedding planning much less stressful. I look forward to working with her while the planning continues.
