Slow and poor customer service. Don’t believe their advertised shipping policy. They never sent our order and only did once I contacted them about the delay.

This is a nice sturdy well-designed mount for my 17” Dell workstation. It vents beautifully and holds my workstation securely with nicely padded spring-loaded retainers. I’m ordering a second one for my remote workstation today.

Untrustworthy Company?
I sent a chat message today at 2:30 pm, requesting information about a desk I wanted to buy (the desk was in my cart). At 6:30 pm, after receiving no response, I sent a follow up message. An agent responded, asking me to leave my email so they could respond, as they were very busy. There was never any indication that this company was closed over the weekend, nor any staff working. At 12:30 AM, still NO RRESPONSE. I sent a message stating, since they didn't feel a need to answer a couple of questions about a desk I wanted to purchase, how could I trust them if I had a problem with a purchased desk? Maybe I should buy the desk from Costco.
No response
I sent one more message and received a reply from Amelia (who, ironically, replied to this review) to to go ahead and buy the desk at Costco. Very unprofessional company, untrustworthy, not worth taking a chance on

Disapointing $949 purchase...
Purchased a $949 office chair from Desky. Product was Pro Ergonomic Mesh Chair Wheat / No Headrest SKU: 2859. Very disapointed to find an almost $1,000 chair is faulty from the begining with the arm rest not staying up. How much I shopped around before purchasing I really expected more from such an expensive product. It makes me question the products overall quality comparted to other crappy products on the market at the likes of Office Works etc. I actually found a very similar product at Office Works cheaper with the exact some arm rest problem and now question if its all the same product just white labelled.

Before further troubleshooting can you please confirm if this issue is when you have raised the arm rest to the highest position?
This design makes it so when raised to the maximum height, it will release and go back to the bottom. It is meant to be used at a height range under this.

Horrible customer support & hidden reviews
Horrible customer support and overpriced items that are not worth the hype. They only post good reviews on their website, not the critical ones.
The chair I bought was about $400 and is honestly worth about $100; its lightweight plastic and won't last long.
I ordered the gliding wheels, thinking they would be great, but they make the chair slide like crazy - to the point that you can't sit at a desk without rolling backwards. The wheels are made of rubber and catch your feet if you are barefoot. They cut me multiple times.
I tried to return the wheels and they told me the shipping would cost me, which I agreed to. Then they told me they couldn't refund the wheels because "some hair was present on the wheels when they were returned". I would have honestly kept them as extra had I known, but they refuse to refund me.

On the wheels specifically, we do need returned items to be in a resellable condition for hygiene and quality reasons, and that assessment is based on inspection at our warehouse. I understand your frustration with the “hair” comment, our intent isn’t to be overly strict for the sake of it, but to ensure returned products can be safely restocked. That said, if there’s any uncertainty around the outcome of a return assessment, we’re always happy to re-review it with additional context from your side.
Regarding your experience with the gliding wheels, they are designed to roll more freely than standard casters, which can feel quite different depending on flooring type and user preference. Your feedback about excessive movement and discomfort is still important, and we’ll pass it on to our product team for review.
