Purchased a $949 office chair from Desky. Product was Pro Ergonomic Mesh Chair Wheat / No Headrest SKU: 2859. Very disapointed to find an almost $1,000 chair is faulty from the begining with the arm rest not staying up. How much I shopped around before purchasing I really expected more from such an expensive product. It makes me question the products overall quality comparted to other crappy products on the market at the likes of Office Works etc. I actually found a very similar product at Office Works cheaper with the exact some arm rest problem and now question if its all the same product just white labelled.

The help desk did not know the product or the answers. A battle to try and get answers to how to use features on Vanguard ergonomic chair. No knowledge how to use adjustment controls. Avoid this one even though the product seems good. Seat height adjustment may not match the product info. No one can answer how to adjust, Now March 19 and still no kind of answer on how to adjust? Desky team has not followed up with the help line to contact me or answer questions submitted to the help line. No contact link provided in the reply.

The customer service is absolutely *atrocious*. I reached out with a simple question about the style/consistency of their Resin Hardwood desks, and whether there was a possibility to see the finish first, before purchase. The first response said it was possible, but there was an extra fee. I asked what the fee was. Their response to that was "actually, in fact, it is not possible.", I asked what changed, the third response was "We don't even actually have that desk in stock." I have been following up on this ticket by e-mail, but they have stopped responding. And the phone number is useless, as nobody bothers to answer (and there is no voicemail to leave your info for a callback). I wish I could tell you how the desks were, but I CANT EVEN ORDER ONE.
