Very happy with delivery. Glasses look great!! Would prefer again

I didn't want sunglasses...i needed regular seeing glasses for work and when i drive at night...These are a dark tint. I thought you can get polarized without it being dark. I wish it was made clear that this was sunglasses. Definitely not what I wanted.

Absolute scam and terrible customer service. I ordered glasses from this company with a prescription I have had for years in many different frames purchased from both optometrists other reputable online shops. The glasses I got were completely wrong, and when I attempted to return them, I was told that I could not return prescription lenses as they were custom-made. Fair enough -- that was my fault for not reading the fine print closely. Things got much worse when I attempted to send them back for "inspection," since per their website and customer service, they will redo the lenses if they find they were done incorrectly. I received several misleading emails about the return process after asking very specific questions about charges, return shipping, etc. I was eventually sent a return label, but I still could not get the question answered about how much I would be charged to (a) ship the glasses back to the company, and (b) how much I would be charged to have the glasses sent back to me regardless of which way the inspection went. In the meantime, I had opened a dispute with Paypal because I was very concerned that I had been scammed based on the extremely poor customer service I received. Paypal denied my claim because the company did not "violate Paypal's terms of use." So I felt my only option was to try to send the glasses back for inspection. I randomly received a refund of approximately 31% of my total without any additional information. My lenses were not examined, and apparently I was refunded 80% of the frames only with charged a $30 "chargeback" fee for opening a dispute with Paypal....?? Again, I tried multiple times to figure out how the return process worked, and I was given completely conflicting information. Now, I have no glasses and am out a significant amount of money. TOTAL SCAM.
