Glasses came in time and looked exactly what I saw online

Great experience, great product.

I tried on a pair of frames at an optician while traveling but didn’t manage to get back to buy them before we left. When I finally rang them, they were sold out, so I began looking online. I found designeroptics.com and they had the frame I was looking for. I ordered, they shipped, and I had the frames quickly. They were brand new and were in perfect condition. All in all I’m very happy I tried designeroptics.com as everything was handled beautifully. I would definitely order from them again.

The website was easy to navigate. Designeroptics.com has really fair prices and discount codes when they have them. Packages came well packed and secured.

I've never bought glasses from an online distributor so I was very leery about what I'd experience. This purchase was amazing. I was informed at every step of the process up to delivery. The frames are quality and the Rx in my glasses was exactly what I requested.

My wife only likes 1 certain pair of sunglasses by Michael Koors (isle of palms) i was having difficulty finding them at mall sunglasses stores. I found them on here for 40% less than the ones I found at the mall or even on Amazon. I was expecting a longer wait to receive the glasses in the mail but they arrived nearly a week sooner than expected coming from the east coast to the west coast. Definitely would buy from Designer Optics again

Purchased a pair of Tom Ford eye glasses for about $200. I was skeptical about these glasses being authentic because Lenscrafters sells the same pair for over $500. The frames came in a Tom Ford case with a card. Frames seem legit no complaints about the frame from me. I would give 5 stars but it took them over a month to send me my frames. Supposedly I ordered my frames during Passover and they were closed for a whole week. Which if I was given noticed of I wouldn't have mind. But instead I had to reach out to them after a few weeks asking, where are my frames.
