Didn't ship out as soon as I expected but glasses arrived in perfect condition and were exactly what I ordered. Also they had the lowest price on these glasses. I would purchase from them again.

The order was wrong. I ordered a pair of silver/silver Balenciagas, but they sent me a pair of purple colored Balenciagas. I have asked for a refund of my money immediately, or I will cancel the transaction with my bank. I paid for a pair of sunglasses two weeks ago, including 2-day priority service, and then I get the wrong glasses two weeks later. The worst service I've ever experienced online. They don't pick up calls. No email notification for 10 days until I complained. Useless company. Probably

Emailed them three times - no response. Phone number is a joke - "currently you are 14th in que, estimated wait time is 37 minutes. And they have the audacity to say customer service is their top priority. My top priority is having AmEx reverse the charge and to file a complaint with BBB

Do not buy from this website. I was so dumb and did not look at the reviews. I bought a pair of glasses and they are counterfeit. I can’t see out of the lenses correctly. They have a good return policy that does not actually exist. Number states that they are on holiday at the end of February. I don’t know what holiday that is. No response from the company.

All our frames are 100% guaranteed authentic, coming straight from the manufacturer. As per our company policy we allow you to return RX product for inspection to check whether the product has been made according to the given details and if we find that there was an error we redo the prescription. We also refund 80% of the value of the frame only, not the lenses for the Rx product.
