Recently I reviewed DesignerOptics and I gave 1 star for how they processed my order. I complained and I was wrong. They processed my refund in record time. I would definitely give these guys another shot on my next pair of glasses. Sorry for the bad star J

All the positive reviews are phony. These are the very bottom of scum bucket. The real reviews one star, 2 star. Read those. They are real people, not the employees and fellow scam artists. Charged my card 700.00 in seconds. Never shipped a damn thing. Never answer the phone. Sometimes call you back, and lie. I was supposed to get a refund March 11th. Here we are on March 23rd after weeks of trying. Shocker-no refund. These people are the Williamsburg Mafia. Thieves hiding behind their uniforms. God will judge them. In the meantime I'm calling my credit card company, the BBB and the NY State Attorney General. Caveat emptor!!!

Product is exactly as I ordered and box was in great shape. Ordered on the 4th and didn’t receive til the 19th. I received an email asking if I received my product and I still had not received a tracking number for shipment. Love my glasses and price was exceptional!
