i was skeptical about this but went on a limb and i was plesantly suprised. I got my D&G frames on time they were in excellent new condition. Definitely want to get another pair for designeroptics.com

Hi Lola, I feel very bad how things played out for you. However we communicated all along with you, we did the exchange order, we then shipped it out to you. Two main factors here, 1. The Corona Virus situation simply crippled us from getting product in a regular flow, 2. I was honestly concerned that this order was too good to be true and that the site was a scam. I am happy to say that the experience was excellent and I received everything as requested. The only suggestion I have would be for additional emails on the shipment progress. All in all, they provided exactly what I ordered. I will definitely shop this site again.

Prada sunglasses were not authentic/real. Box arrived with dirt stains, lenses were very thin, no certificate of authenticity, cloth had been used. Not happy at all. Requesting a full refund immediately!!

It happens once in a while that a product doesn't look the way it should, we take it back from the customer for exchange or full refund and we send it back to the manufacturer.
