I was very pleased with the artistic quality on the mug I ordered. Looks exactly like the illustration on the Website!

Terrible experience. I sent them several emails, along with pictures of my frame, along with the receipt from buying the frame last year because the picture did not match the item number. They assured me several times they would send the correct frame, but sent the wrong frame. They charged me for shipping the wrong frame to me, and will not even refund that shipping fee.

Delivery as expected. Product is well secured and without any damage. Great glasses for the price. I absolutely love the design of the Gucci GG0201O in black. This is my backup pair since I have the color Havana right now as my daily eyewear. I am Asian and this frame falls nicely on the bridge of the nose and also is fitting around the ear loop. It really is the perfect pair for me, which is why I had to get a second pair!

I received my order quickly. However, I ordered the wrong glasses. I’m in the process of trying to exchange for the correct pair. The reason for the three star review is because the first email I received after contacting the company was this request to review this company. Just a little confusing I guess. I just want to make sure I get the correct glasses and that I don’t lose any money. Otherwise I was pleased with how quickly I got my order.

I received my Roberto cavalli glasses in 4 business days. They were prefect! I got several emails from customer service regarding updates and what not. I didn’t get custom lenses put in, I just ordered the frames so my eye dr could put in my rx here locally. I must admit I was very hesitant on ordering these due to some reviews but I went ahead anyway bc I couldn’t beat the price on these frames anywhere, like less than half on some sites and in my drs office. So Idk what’s up with the bad reviews but my purchase was smooth, fast and exactly what I wanted. Even just a got a follow up purchase email to make sure i received my glasses that’s why I’m leaving this review. Two thumbs up for me!
