I ordered a new pair of size 52 Persol 714 sunglasses to replace my old prescription sunglasses. The price was good, and they even offered prescription lenses on their website. Perfect for what I needed, so I made the order - then looked at the yelp reviews. I was worried they would turn out incorrect, or worse not arrive at all, but my assumptions were quickly proven wrong! The customer service representative answered all my questions in a very timely and polite manner, (thanks Esty!). Shipping was easy and I was able to receive updates fast. The sunglasses arrived today, about 3 weeks after I ordered them. These Persol sunglasses are authentic, came with the correct boxes and eyeglass cleaning cloth. They even included the original Persol lenses in the box too! The prescription lenses are perfect and match the standard Persol colors as well. Overall I had a great experience with Designer Optics!

According to their website my item was available at time of purchase. Once the company had received my money they informed me my item was on back order. I'm going on two weeks processing time. Unfortunately I also paid for expedited shipping which does me no good at this point. They have done nothing to amend the situation. Offering a shipping refund or a discount on future purchases would be nice. I cannot recommend this company. In part, because of their lack of accurate product availability, and for their overall disregard or willingness to amend this situation. This is an absolute irresponsible way of doing business and I urge anyone to steer clear of this company. Here's a helpful tip: If one of your products is on back order make sure the product listing reflects that.

Shipping was fast and the sunglasses are PERFECT!! So happy with my purchase. I am so glad I accidentally stumbled upon this site. Will purchase from again!
