I received my order a week ago and I want to return it, and since then I am having trouble to get in touch and to receive clear return instructions. I keep sending emails and have not received yet any answer on how to return my order and get the refund. This is so frustrating and I am not sure what to do.

Im extremely happy except the “spade” decal on right side is missing?? Want to be sure these aren’t seconds? Can u send me another decal?? Other than that im amazed at the great service & luv the frames. Was skeptical at first but would definitely order again especially if they resolve the missing “spade” issue! 👍👍👍👍
