Hello Heather, We’re sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. We try to give our 100% every day to provide fast and friendly service to every customer, but in this instance, we failed as your concern was not handled properly. For that, we are extremely sorry. And apologies for the delay, Due to the current situation we had many products backordered from the manufacturers and these are beyond our control. As delays may sometimes occur, we do try our utmost to have our customer updated at all times.
