I placed my order on August 7th. Delivery was expected in 7 to 10 business days. I still have not received my order nor have I received a status update. I have emailed customer service and waiting for a response. Reply to your response: If you reviewed the order you would have noticed that I ONLY received a partial order. I ordered two pair of glasses and have only received one pair. When will I receive the second pair of black glasses that was ordered?

Glasses were just as expected. Delivered quickly. A specialty product I have looked for and could not find anywhere else. Loved the service.

I had a good experience with Designer Optics. I searched multiple sites for a specific frame, and they happened to have, and felt confident ordering. Would definitely shop again. I also received a welcome coupon of 5% off my first purchase. The delivery was not as fast as Amazon, but frames had to be sourced, so I was good with it.

We ordered 2 pair of glasses, they arrived quicker than dare given. My husband and I live the frames, nice quality and great prices .

I had a great experience with Designer Optics. I found them by doing a search for the glasses my daughter wanted and the price was cheaper than other sites I looked at. The prescription was very high for the lenses and they were able to do it without the price increase other sites were quoting me. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the customer service was very slow and very hard to get a hold of. I actually got to the point where I thought I had been scammed. But, I ended up finally getting a person on the phone after I had tried calling and emailing several times over several days. We got the glasses, they fit great, the prescription was good, and my daughter is really happy. So am I! I would use this company again now that I know it's not a scam. :)

Love the frames and the RX came out perfect! I did not appreciate the lack of communication in regards to order status! It took 3 weeks to receive them and the CS reps would not communicate well with order status. Otherwise, my review would be a big 5 stars.

When the glasses that I wanted were not in stock, they did a really great job of getting back to me and replacing them or exchanging them with one that they did have
