I am very pleased with my order. Initially I was worried having heard from the seller after 5 days. With all the wrong reviews about Design Optics, a day after I made a complain with the Customer Solutions, I received an email confirming the shipment from them. Design Optics rep I had a conversation with was so helpful and great. I love Design Optics, and I will make more orders with her. Without mincing words, the seller was amazing. This order was made without a charge a dime for shipping. DESIGN OPTICS and the SELLER deserves more than 5 STARS if it is possible!

The glasses do not look/feel like the same quality but I figured as much paying half of what my original ones cost. I lost my previous pair and just wanted to replace them but the material seems to be on the "cheap" side
Response from DesignerOptics.comOct 25, 2020
Hello Luciana ! All frames that we sell are 100% authentic, brand new, with original packaging. Everything we sell we buy directly from the manufacturers. We also provide option if you receive a product and don't like it you may return it for refund.

I did not receive 3 of the 4 items I ordered but by credit card was charged the full amount. When I inquired why the full order was not delivered the response was that Designeroptics had not received the glasses. Immediately I canceled the order for the remainder of the frames. I have received an additional frame that I now need to return! What a mess! At my expense and inconvenience!! Alesa
