Great.. Response to my email was quick.. Sunglasses arrived perfectly.. Just not sure about the authentication certificate as it has information to fill in about which store I bought the sunglasses from etc. However the sunglasses themselves look legitimately real (Made in Japan and style no. engraved on them) - I'm just surprised by the cheap price?

SCAM
SCAM - Do not use. I live in LA and my product is still where there office is in NY over 9 days later. I ordered July 13th, it is the 22nd. They are refusing to cancel my order and return payment. I have spent all morning on the phone with the bank. Use another service. **Update** The Customer Service rep said after 15 days they would refund. I had them send it in writing via email that on X date they would refund. When that date arrived, I responded to that exact same email and they DENIED MY REFUND! So, I called and waited on hold for 10 minutes and got another rep, immediately had to turn into Karen (sad, I know) and ask for the manager. The manager then tried to deny me saying that it was in transit and they do not refund when in transit and they are unsure why the rep said that. Then when I presented them with the email they FINALLY said they would refund it but that it was not their policy! Ugh - Honestly, there is enough going on right now so just avoid this company bc it is a headache. :D
