Strange story here....placed order on June 3rd for a pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses and I have yet to receive them. At this point total wait time is approaching two months. After the first attempt to reach out to customer service they informed me that my pair was on “Backorder” and considering the current epidemic, things may be a little backed up. Obviously with that response, I felt like a jerk and just decided to wait and that correspondence was over a month ago. I know I didn’t make my order when these sunglasses were on “Backorder” nor would I think it would even be possible if that were the case. Point of all this jibber jabber is perhaps to (a) give a warning (b) ask to see if this is common with this distributer (c) finally, to refund or not refund.

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure this doesn’t happen again. And apologies for the delay, Due to the current situation we had many products backordered from the manufacturers and these are beyond our control. As delays may sometimes occur, we do try our utmost to have our customer updated at all times.
