One week shipping is long nowadays, otherwise would've been 5 star due to price even though the glasses did not fit and I'm returning them.

Ordered my prescription glasses which were clearly in stock according to their website and a month later I'm still waiting. According to them, it's due to Corona that their provider can't keep up. It might be possible, nonetheless, why should I find out by a customer representative about the issue after receiving an email from their website implying I must have already received the pair of glasses already! Also, they can't give me an estimate of how much longer I'll have to wait... they should at least offer some sort of gift/discount. It's not our fault as customers they cant deliver on time, especially when according to their website the articles were IN STOCK

Second time I've done business here. First time was not a good experience due to poor communications surrounding replacement of some defective frames, they eventually got it right after several weeks. This time I expected a less and was pleasantly surprised when I received the frames in 2 weeks time, standard mail.
